Iyana Goyette has been with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office since 2004 and is the Director of Policy and Legislation at the Trademarks and Industrial Designs Branch. She leads a team that advances legislative and regulatory initiatives for Canada’s trademark and industrial design regimes while also developing practices and policies to enhance the registration process. Ms. Goyette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Licence in Law (LL.L) and was called to the Québec bar in 2005.
