Lauren Hutt has served at the Canadian Intellectual Property Office since 2018 and currently holds the position of Deputy Director of Examination within the Trademarks and Industrial Designs Branch.
In this role, she supports examination teams in delivering programs and operations related to trademarks and industrial designs, contributing to the overall stewardship of intellectual property services in Canada.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Carleton University and continues to develop her leadership expertise through executive training, including programs at Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business.
