In order to claim the maximum number of professionalism/ethics hours delegates must choose to attend an IP roundtable that carries 1 hour of professionalism/ethics during lunch on Friday, October 12, 2018.

Registration fees must be paid by September 28, 2018.
A cancellation fee of $50 (plus GST) will apply to cancellations received in writing on or before September 10, 2018.
Refunds will not be issued after this date, but substitutions will be permitted.
