In 2026, the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC) proudly celebrates 100 years of advancing innovation, protecting ideas, and shaping the future of intellectual property. As we commemorate this remarkable Centennial milestone, we invite you to be part of this historic moment.
Join us in Ottawa for IPIC’s 2026 Annual Conference, September 16 – 18, for the premier gathering for intellectual property (IP) professionals nationwide. Each year, this flagship event brings together industry leaders and experts for forward-thinking discussions, exceptional networking, and the latest insights driving the evolution of IP. Plans are underway for an unforgettable Centennial celebration which will feature an exceptional program, high-profile speakers, and social events that promise to make IPIC2026 our most memorable conference yet.
IPIC’s Annual Conference is the largest forum for IP professionals in Canada, attracting attendees from law firms, IP boutiques, industry, government and the judiciary. Offering over 15 hours of continuing education over three days, the Annual Conference offers unmatched opportunities for networking, gaining insight into industry issues, sharing knowledge, and exploring emerging trends and challenges.
